Someone in your marketing team is already using AI. You just might not know for what.
Maybe someone has been feeding audience data into ChatGPT to spot booking patterns. Maybe it's whoever quietly generates social images because the design queue is three weeks long. AI has already found its way into arts and culture marketing, the question is whether it's being used well, or just used.
That's what this roundtable is for. No slides, no sales pitch, just arts and culture marketers comparing what's actually saving them time, what's overhyped, and what's worth trying next.
What we might cover
This is a roundtable, not a webinar, so the agenda is shaped by you. Based on what venues have told us before, expect the conversation to touch on:
- Using AI to make sense of audience data, and spot patterns you'd otherwise miss
- AI-assisted copywriting: where it genuinely speeds things up, and where it still needs a human hand
- Image generation for marketing assets, and the practical (and ethical) limits of using it
- Agentic AI for repetitive admin, from ticketing queries to reporting
If you're working on something that doesn't fit neatly into that list, bring it anyway.
When you sign up, we'll ask you to share the AI question or topic you most want covered. That's what shapes the session, so the more specific you are, the better the conversation will be for everyone in the room.
