Cultural Access Bursary: Share Our Community, Share Cultural Experiences

CultureSuite launches a referral programme that rewards community growth with social impact, providing €/£/$1,000 in tickets for underserved communities each time existing customers successfully refer a new venue to the platform.

By CultureSuite

We'll buy €/£/$1,000 worth of tickets from your programme to donate to underserved communities when you refer a new venue to CultureSuite

The arts and culture sector thrives when we collaborate, share knowledge, and support one another. This community-driven approach has always been at the heart of CultureSuite. Now, we're taking it a step further with the launch of our Cultural Access Bursary – a referral programme that doesn't just strengthen our community but also expands access to cultural experiences for those who need it most.

How the Cultural Access Bursary works

The programme is simple:

  1. Refer a venue from your professional network that could benefit from joining the CultureSuite community
  2. You introduce them to us and we'll demonstrate how our platform can support their digital goals
  3. When they become a customer, we'll buy €/£/$1,000 worth of tickets from your programming to donate to underserved communities in your area

This isn't just about growing our community. It's about widening the cultural doorway for people who face barriers to attending arts events.

Why we created this programme

Two core values drive everything we do at CultureSuite: building a collaborative community and making culture more accessible. The Cultural Access Bursary brings these values together perfectly.

Our existing customers tell us that being part of the CultureSuite community provides benefits beyond our technology – the shared knowledge, connections, and collective innovation elevate everyone. By extending this community, we strengthen the entire cultural ecosystem.

At the same time, we know that many people in our communities still face significant barriers to access culture. The €/£/$1,000 ticket fund creates opportunities for people who might otherwise miss out on transformative cultural experiences.

Who could you refer?

Think about venues in your professional network who might benefit from joining our community:

  • Collaborative partners from past projects
  • Neighbouring venues in your cultural quarter
  • Festival connections you've worked with
  • Industry colleagues facing similar digital challenges
  • Regional venues that complement your programming

You understand firsthand how our platform helps arts organisations thrive digitally. By sharing that experience, you're offering valuable insights to your peers while creating opportunities for wider cultural access.

The tickets provided through this programme can be used however you think will make the most difference. Perhaps that's by supporting a local community group, partnering with charities serving disadvantaged communities, or creating special programmes for people who rarely get the chance to experience live culture. Don't forget to tell us about it so that we can share your story.

How to make a referral

Ready to share the benefits of CultureSuite with your network while expanding cultural access? You can refer venues to us in whichever way suits you:

  1. Introduce the referred venue to us via email, phone call, or even through word of mouth at an event.
  2. Fill in our simple referral form so we can capture their details, and make sure you get the bursary if they sign up.
  3. If they become a customer, we'll coordinate with you to arrange the ticket fund

There's no limit to how many venues you can refer. Each successful referral creates another opportunity to share cultural experiences with those who need it most.

Join us in opening cultural doors

This programme represents our commitment to a future where digital innovation and cultural inclusion go hand in hand. By referring a venue to CultureSuite, you're playing a vital part in that vision thus strengthening our professional community while helping to ensure culture truly is for everyone.
