Round-the-clock support

Peppered websites are made from four main content types

This is your main ‘evergreen’ page content.
This is your storytelling content. It can be in the form of written articles, videos, audio clips or interactive graphics.
These are your events, which are pulled in via event management systems like YesPlan or SalesForce.
This is a central database for cast members, performers and any other people involved in the production or performance of events.

Content types can be linked together

Meaning content can appear in multiple places, but is always administered in one place only. For example, on a Performance page, you can pull in related trailers and behind-the-scenes videos via Stories. The show’s cast members are pulled in via People.

What about the rest of our content?

Outside of linked content, Peppered gives you a full library of building blocks, called parts, which make up the rest of your pages’ content.
